Balkan Natural Adventure has had the first clients coming to visit Kosovo in what would be considered as off season – December. However, those who are brave and know what they are looking for it is always fun to visit a country, such as Kosovo.
The very sweet family from Singapore, arrived in snowy Kosovo in the middle of December and arranged two days in the mountains for the Majeni family of five from one of the most advanced and diverse countries in Asia.
From the sunny flat Singapore with high raised buildings, the team came to low houses high mountains village of Drelaj, to be hosted by the Shala family. Equipped with the latest Inook, snowshoes, TLC poles and gaiters, the Singaporeans hiked toward the Hajla mountain. This trail is part of the Peaks of the Balkans Trail in the Accursed mountains.
Experienced the snow and enjoyed the warm Kosovo welcome in very cold weather.
Balkan Natural Adventure has an increased number of requests from the Asian country after the main newspaper there has published a story, of the UK writer Martin Anthony Fletcher, who was travelling the Peaks of the Balkans with Balkan Natural Adventure. In 2018 the number of Singaporeans in Kosovo will increase, as our company will continue to offer best service, available.
