Guest House Ari and Guest house Shqiponja are to first sleepovers if you hike the awarded Peaks of the Balkans Trail. You can try this one segment while you are staying in the country and experience mountains, climb Hajla, and enjoy the hospitality of the Kosovo families.

On Friday afternoon you will arrive in Peja, to meet with BN Adventure where you will be briefed about your trip and take a 4×4 ride to reach your first guest house in the village of Reka e Allages. You will be provided with a GPS which will help you navigate to Drelaj village for all those who want to make a self-guided trip.
After a 40 minutes ride you will reach the house of Mustafe and Fetije Nikci, to be hosted at their home. Their guest house is one of the starting points of the famous Peaks of the Balkans trip. You will be served dinner.
In the morning, after breakfast, you will start your hike with lunch packs prepared at the guest house. You will pass by the Hajla Mountain. Those in good shape can climb the mountain (2400 meters) before continuing to the next guest house, to be hosted by the Shala family in Drelaj. The village has a small mosque and features a typical village of Rugova. It is also home to « Rugove » that you can buy in the supermarkets all around Kosovo. After dinner you can enjoy the evening breeze.
The next day, after breakfast you can take the local bus to get to Kuqishte, from where you can walk to the village of Boge; or you can just visit the village and later sunbath next to the Lumbardhi river so you return to Peja with the afternoon bus, from Boge or from Drelaj.

You can start the trip on Saturday and have only one sleepover in the guest house. Euro 45 per person.
